Six Dutchess Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops Eighteen motorists in the Hudson Valley were among 25 arrested by New York State Police troopers. Local residents charged were:  Westchester County On Friday, Sept. 6, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Miriam Regan, 53, of Mount Pleasant, for DWI. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Mount Pleasant, when she was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested. On Saturday, Sept. 7, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Joseph A.
