Offender Convicted Of Sexual Contact With Girl Moves In Poughkeepsie
A registered sex offender convicted of having sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl has reported a move in Dutchess County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Tuesday to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 62-year-old Allan Willig, who has moved to an apartment on Maple Street in Poughkeepsie. The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Willig as a Level 2 threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
