Rhinebeck State Police Charge Man With Criminal Sex Act With Boy

RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- New York State Police in Rhinebeck charged a Woodstock man with engaging in a criminal sex act with a minor.

Thomas Crowe, 64, met an underage male victim in Rhinebeck and Clinton on three different occasions between Jan. 1 and Feb. 20. Crowe reportedly had sexual contact with the victim and provided him with marijuana, police said. 

Crowe was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sex act, one count of third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, police said. 

Crowe was remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond, police said.
