Millerton Man Arrested On Second DWI Charge

MILLERTON, N.Y. -- A Millerton man was charged with his second DWI-related incident, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Jaime Choc Cuc, 33, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.

State troopers stopped Choc Cuc's 2001 BMW on Saturday when he failed to stay in his lane on Route 22. He had blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent, twice the legal limit, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.

Choc Cuc was charged with a felony because of a previous DWI-related conviction within the past 10 years, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
