Man Charged In Rhinebeck With Stealing From Citgo Gas Station
RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- A local man was charged with shoplifting after being caught stealing items on Tuesday, July 26, from the Citgo Gas Station on Mill Street in Rhinebeck, police said.
Ronald E. Franklin was arrested on a shoplifting charge.
