RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- Reginald V Rifenburgh, of Rhinebeck, died on Friday, Feb 3. He was 82.
Born on Dec 31, 1934, Rifenburgh was the son of the late Delos and Mea (Antine) Rifenburgh. He worked as a Truck Driver with the City of Poughkeepsie for many years.
In addition to his loving wife Grace, he is survived by his children; Gracie Giansante of Long Island, Brenda Treanor of Vermont, Deborah Freihofer of LaGrangeville, and Reginald V. Rifenburgh, Jr of Accord, a sister, Ruthie Snyder of Florida; 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends may call at the Burnett & White Funeral Homes on Friday, Feb. 10 from 2 - 4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services with Military Honors will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Burnett & White Funeral Homes, Rhinebeck. The Rev. Thomas Hartley will officiate.
