HYDE PAR, N.Y. -- Jayce Wayne Hibbs, of Hyde Park, died Wednesday, Aug 10. He was 28.
Born Oct. 28, 1987, in Bath, Maine, he was the son of Larry and Gwen Honshell Hibbs.
He was a New York State Correctional Officer at the Fishkill Correctional Facility.
He is survived by his twin brother, Robert Hibbs, wife, Danielle and their daughter, Olivia of Hyde Park; sister, Nicole Hibbs and her sons, Nazareth and Simon of Norfolk, Va.; fiancée, Corrine Riley of Hyde Park; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests memorial donations to the Foundation for Suicide Prevention (in care of Maria Idoni, PO Box 266, Lagrangeville, NY 12540).
Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet's Funeral Home Inc., Route 9, Hyde Park.
