State police troopers from the Wappinger barracks arrested Queens resident Ronald Lasso on Tuesday following an investigation that determined he allegedly has sexual intercourse with his female victim, who was under the age of 16.
Lasso was charged with a felony count of third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned at the Village of Wappingers Falls Justice Court and bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond, He is due back in court in December to answer the charges.
