The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Friday to local residents regarding the residency of 31-year-old Heather Madison, who has moved from Newburgh to an apartment on East Main Street in Middletown.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Madison as a level two threat, which means she is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Madison had "deviate sexual intercourse" and sexual contact with her 14-year-old victim using coercion in 2003. She was arrested by the Ossining Town Police Department and sentenced to 10 years probation in September 2004. She is now under the jurisdiction of the Middletown City Police Department.
