MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. -- The third-grade student who allegedly phoned in threats to Maple Hill Elementary School in Middletown has not been summoned yet to court, according to News 12 Westchester.
The student, a girl, is accused of messaging the school's voicemail Dec. 26 about harming students after the break, News 12 Westchester said.
Other "fake terror threats" have parents upset and signing a petition for more safety in the local schools, said News 12 Westchester.
