RHINECLIFF, N.Y. -- The Rhinecliff Hotel will hold its 8th annual Robbie Burns Supper on Friday, Jan. 29.
Come celebrate the life and art of legendary poet Robert Burns. The event will include a recitation of Burns’s poetry; a dinner featuring traditional Scottish dishes; storytelling by Jonathan Kruk; songs and performances by master bagpiper Jeremy Freeman, swordsman Neil Roberts, chanteuse Elaine Rachlin; and whisky tastings.
Participants are encouraged to bring songs, poems and stories by (and about) the Bard of Ayrshire; later, join in a chorus of "Auld Lang Syne."
