The Culinary Institute of America's Apple Pie Bakery Café will be open Saturday, Nov. 21, from 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. It will offer breakfast, lunch and pastries. The full menu is available for takeout or to enjoy in its relaxed, reservation-free dining area.
