Celebrate Poetry Month At Starr Library in Rhinebeck

RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- The Starr Library in Rhinebeck will celebrate Poetry Month with a special program featuring Dutchess County Poet Laureate Robert Kelly on Tuesday.
