Man Charged With Taking Illicit Videos, Photos Up Women's Skirts In Area, Police Say A 73-year--old area man was arrested for allegedly using his cell phone to take photos and videos of women wearing dresses or skirts or "upskirting." Donald P. Fegan of Millbrook was charged Friday, Nov. 9, with five counts of unlawful surveillance after investigators found he used his cellular device to take the images and recordings, said Trooper AJ Hicks, spokesman for New York State Police. Hudson Valley Woman Caught Stealing $50,000 From Employer, Police Say An investigation into the misappropriation of thousands of dollars led to the arrest of an area woman who allegedly stole more than $50,000 from her employer. In May last year, employees from a Dutchess County company, Millbrook Electric Incorporated, contacted New York State Police investigators regarding the theft of funds from bank accounts. The investigation into those funds found that Wappinger resident Nicole Robishaw, who was employed as an Office Manager for the company, stole more than $50,000 for her own personal benefit. Suspect Returns To Dutchess Gas Station After Stealing $3,000, Police Say A suspect who returned to the scene of his crime after allegedly stealing $3,000 from a Hudson Valley gas station was busted by state police with cocaine and an unlawful vehicle in Dutchess County. New York State Police troopers responded to a Gulf gas station on Route 44 in Washington on Dec. 21 last year, where there were reports of a larceny after a suspect stole the cash from the counter, which had been left unattended by a store clerk.
