The woman shot and killed Tuesday setting off a huge manhunt that caused a lockout at six school districts in Westchester has been identified. The woman, Jessica Wiltse of Tarrytown, was found alive with multiple gunshot wounds around 7 a.m. Tuesday at the Sleepy Gardens apartment complex on Route 119. She died at Westchester Medical Center, police said.
