Fatal Crash: 38-Year-Old ID'd As Victim In Crash In Region
One person is dead following a single-vehicle crash in the region. The Greene County wreck happened at around 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, on State Route 23 in the town of Windham. New York State Police said 38-year-old Adam Kingsley, of Hunter, was driving a Toyota westbound on State Route 23 when he went off the roadway and struck a tree. Kingsley, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved and there were no other reports of injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

"Dilbert" comic creator and New York native Scott Adams is showing no signs of backing down after making racist comments likening Black people to “a hate group,” The Washington Post reports. In a text message to the outlet, Adams - who grew up in Greene County in the town of Windham and now lives in California - said, “I shook the box intentionally. I did not realize how hard I shook it.” The remarks came after newspapers across the country dropped his popular comic series following Adams’ controversial comments in a Feb. 22 episode on his YouTube channel, “Real Coffee with Scott Adams.” …

Pair Of Orange County Residents Charged With DWI
State Police troopers busted several motorists for driving while impaired overnight in the Hudson Valley. Since the holiday season, New York State Police and local law enforcement agencies say they've been “out in full force” to curtail impaired drivers in the region. On Wednesday night, state police troopers in Middletown stopped Middletown resident Evan Pratt, 22, on Wisner Road for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Further investigation determined that Pratt was under the influence of alcohol and he was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Troopers also busted Stamfor…
