Man With 29 License Suspensions Nabbed In Hudson Valley Driving Again, Police Say A man whose license had been suspended 29 times on nine occasions was allegedly nabbed again for driving without a license in the region. The man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation following a stop in the town of Ulster on Wednesday, Oct. 25. According to Chief Kyle S. Berardi of the Ulster Police, Kyle Godin age 32 of the city of Dunkirk in Chautauqua County, was stopped around 1:43 a.m. on Washington Avenue for a routine traffic infraction. Man Charged With DUI After Telling Officers He Had Been Drinking, Police Say A 31-year-old man with a suspended driver's license was arrested after injuring himself in a car wreck and admitting that he had been drinking alcohol to responding officers.  Greene County resident Eric W. Duncan, of Catskill, had extricated himself from his damaged vehicle before emergency services arrived at the scene in the vicinity of 104 Malden Turnpike in Saugerties at 9:02 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 17, according to Saugerties Police.  Duncan was charged with the misdemeanor of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed for speeding. Hudson Valley Mother With Baby In Car Caught With Heroin, Police Say A 23-year-old Hudson Valley woman who was pulled over with a toddler in the car in Connecticut was caught with heroin packaged for sale, police said.The incident occurred on Wednesday, Aug. 1 on Route 1 (Boston Post Road) near Home Acres Avenue in Milford. Tori Hinman of Wingdale in Dutchess County, was stopped after making an illegal U-turn in a parking lot, Milford Police said.  Hinman was found to be in possession of heroin, packaged for sale, as well as marijuana, according to police. Fugitive From Justice Nabbed In Hudson Valley A wanted fugitive from justice was nabbed by Putnam County Sheriff's deputies during a routine traffic stop in the Town of Southeast, according to Putnam County Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. Deputy Daniel Meury was on patrol on Thursday around 7 p.m., on Route 22 in the Town of Southeast, when he saw a vehicle make a turn, without properly signaling, into the parking lot of Heidi’s Inn, located at 1270 Route 22.
