Local residents charged include:  Orange County On Friday, Jan. 25, State Police troopers from Wurtsboro arrested James Galletly, 50 of Bloomingburg, for DWI. Pair Of Orange County Residents Charged With DWI State Police troopers busted several motorists for driving while impaired overnight in the Hudson Valley. Since the holiday season, New York State Police and local law enforcement agencies say they've been “out in full force” to curtail impaired drivers in the region. On Wednesday night, state police troopers in Middletown stopped Middletown resident Evan Pratt, 22, on Wisner Road for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
