Friends, family, colleagues, and residents in and around a community in Northern Westchester County are searching for answers after police say a young doctor who recently moved to town is believed to have shot and killed her infant child before turning the gun on herself. More than two dozen Hudson Valley post offices remain without power following Friday’s Nor’easter that rocked the region with 60 mph wind gusts and a storm.
