Hudson Valley Native, One Of America's Top Golf Writers, Dies At 66 Native New Yorker Tim Rosaforte, one of the most prominent and popular golf writers in the country, died at the age of 66 after a battle with Alzheimer’s disease. He was born in Northern Westchester, in Mount Kisco, and graduated from Brewster High School in Putnam County. He died suddenly Monday, July 9 in North Palm Beach, Florida, at 46 years old. Paul was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey and was one of three sons to Novak and Milenka Bijelonic.
