Sticky's Finger Joint has opened at the Cross County Center in Yonkers, the shopping center announced on Thursday, Sept. 1. The restaurant is 1,740 square feet and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. According to the announcement, Sticky's was founded 10 years ago in Greenwich Village and has since expanded to nine locations in New York and four in New Jersey. Ex-Clothing Store Employee Charged With Recording Women In Dressing Rooms An accused Peeping Tom is facing a host of charges for allegedly recording videos of women in dressing rooms when he worked at a clothing store in Westchester. Bronx resident Heriberto Polanco, 27, was charged in a 48-count indictment for recording videos of unsuspecting customers while he was still employed at Forever 21 in the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers. Specifically, Polanco was charged with 24 counts each of unlawful surveillance by using or installing an imaging device for amusement or profit and using an imaging device for no legitimate purposes. Off-Duty Nypd Sergeant Accused Of Stealing Clothes From Macy's An off-duty NYPD sergeant was nabbed for allegedly stealing more than $300 worth of merchandise from Macy's in Westchester. Sgt. Eva Pena, 41, was arrested at 8:11 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 3 at the store at the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, based on a complaint from Macy's loss prevention officer, said Yonkers Det. Sgt. Dean Politopoulos. According to Politopoulos, Pena was allegedly caught attempting to leave the store with approximately $359 of unpaid merchandise in her purse.
