A man faces menacing charges after allegedly pulling a gun on a victim in a road rage incident in the Hudson Valley, police said. The incident happened in Putnam County on Wednesday, May 10 around 1 p.m. when police were alerted to a road rage incident involving a man brandishing a handgun on Route 6N in Carmel, according to Carmel Police Lt. Things did not work out well for a drunk man who left a Hudson Valley restaurant after refusing to pay his bill and then hit a fence while driving away, police said. The incident happened in Putnam County on Thursday, April 20 just before 2 p.m., when police in Carmel received a report that a possibly intoxicated man had just left a local restaurant after refusing to pay his bill and had struck a fence with his vehicle while trying to drive away, according to Carmel Police Lieutenant Michael Bodo. Man Assaults Patient At Rehab Center In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A man faces assault charges after attacking a fellow patient at a Hudson Valley rehabilitation center, police said. The incident happened on Monday, March 13, around 11:10 a.m., when police responded to the Armes Acres treatment facility in Putnam County located in Carmel at 75 Seminary Hills Rd. for a reported physical assault, according to Carmel Police. After arriving, officers determined from witness statements that a male patient allegedly assaulted another man who was a patient at the center.
