Police conducted a vehicle and traffic stop in which a motorist, identified as Anthony Johnston, was observed driving in a reckless manner on Monday, May 9, according to officials.
Johnston was found to be in possession of a gravity knife, police report.
The suspect was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and reckless driving, according to officials.
He was processed and released on an appearance ticket, police report.
