Middletown Pupil, 9, Charged With Making Threats To Schoolmates

MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. -- A student, 9, was arrested for allegedly threatening to harm kids after the break for the holidays at Maple Hill Elementary School, according to News 12 Westchester.

The child allegedly made the Dec. 26 threats in a message left on school answering machine, News 12 Westchester said.

The charges against the child are "making a terroristic threat and aggravated harassment," according to News 12 Westchester.
