Antonio Lopez, 45, had been originally charged back in October, 2015, with stealing $112 worth of merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy on Filors Lane, police said.

After he failed to show up in court to answer the charges, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest, police said.

He was arraigned in Stony Point Justice Court, released, and is to appear back in court on Tuesday, Nov. 15.
