Area Man Charged With Taking Pictures Of Woman Had Previous Arrest

A Hudson Valley man who was charged in May with exposing himself and masturbating at the Route 211 Walmart in Wallkill, was arrested again on Thursday for taking pictures and videos of a woman in a dressing room, according to New York State Police.

Jesus Miranda, 22, was charged with unlawful surveillance for using his cell phone to take pictures and video of a woman while she was in the changing room of a department store located in the Town of Monroe, state police say.

When arrested on May 23, Miranda admitted to masturbating at another department store in Orange County.

Miranda was arraigned in the Town of Monroe Justice Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $15,000 bond.
