WEST HAVERSTRAW, N.Y. -- Theresa Kamelhar Berkowitz -- a West Haverstraw resident who was born in the Bronx -- died on Saturday, Feb. 13. She was 76.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at Congregation Sons of Jacob Cemetery, Route 202 and Route 9W, in Haverstraw. Rabbi Wohlberg officiated. Interment will follow at the family plot. Hellman Memorial Chapels, in Spring Valley, assisted with arrangements.
