16-Year-Old Charged In Crash That Killed Beloved Sergeant In Westchester: 'Painful, Difficult' A 16-year-old has been criminally charged with a felony in connection to a Westchester crash that killed a beloved longtime police sergeant and Putnam County resident.  After a nearly 11-month investigation into a December 2022 crash that killed Yonkers Police Department Det.
