I-684 Reopens After 2 Tractor Trailers Jack-Knife, Leave Roadway In Westchester Part of Interstate 684 in Northern Westchester has cleared following a crash involving two jack-knifed tractor-trailers.  The incident happened on Monday, Dec. 16 at around 6 a.m., when two tractor-trailers were involved in a crash on I-684 northbound in North Castle, according to New York State Police. The two vehicles jack-knifed and went off the roadway as a result of the wintery weather, police said. Luckily, no injuries were reported. The interstate is now open to traffic.

Two Tractor-Trailers Overturn On New TZB, Prompting Ban On Trucks, Buses New York State Thruway officials have closed the new Tappan Zee Bridge to all trucks and buses after two tractor-trailers overturned on the bridge. The two tractor-trailers flipped over on the northbound side of the bridge around 1:30 p.m. Friday, blocking two right lanes, said state police. The ban was issued after another tractor-trailer flipped over on the northbound side around 10 a.m. Friday. The banned vehicles include tractor-trailers, buses, and motorcycles, state police said.
