Covid-19: Playland Park, County Pools In Westchester Set Opening Dates; Latest Rundown Of Cases Westchester's pools and amusement parks will be open this summer as the county continues combating the spread of COVID-19.  County Executive George Latimer announced during a COVID-19 briefing on Monday, April 19 that Rye Playland, Playland Beach, and the county's pools have opening dates scheduled and should remain open during the duration of the summer.
