Stabbing Victim Found Near Daycare Center In Mount Vernon, Officials Say A man with a criminal history dating back to the 1980s faces more charges after allegedly stabbing a man in the chest in Westchester, officials said.  The incident happened on Tuesday, May 9 around 11:45 a.m., when police responded to the area of 161 South 2nd Ave. on a report of a man stabbed in the chest, according to Mount Vernon Director of Communications Timothy Allen.  Once they arrived at the address, which is down the street from Mt. Vernon Daycare Center at 151 South 2nd Ave., officers found 37-year-old Karoy Chandler with a stab wound to the upper right side of his chest…
