Students To Appear At New Rochelle Task Force Meeting On Violence Students will take center stage on Saturday, when the New Rochelle Task Force on Reducing Violence in the Lives of Children and Youth host their latest meeting. The Task Force will hold a public meeting - led by student speakers following a rash of violence at and around the high school earlier this year - beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning, April 14 in New Rochelle City Council Chambers at City Hall.
