Massive 20-Story-Tall Mural Finished In New Rochelle After 2 Months Of Painting Westchester's largest-ever mural has been completed after a months-long painting process. The mural, created by Na’ye Perez and titled "From the Source," was painted on the north façade of 500 Main St. in downtown New Rochelle and is now complete as of Monday, July 22.
