'Potential Human Trafficking': Westchester Business Busted For Unauthorized Practice
Two people were arrested after an investigation revealed that they were running an unauthorized "massage parlor" in Northern Westchester, police said. The arrests were made on Saturday, Jan. 21, after an investigation into the unauthorized practice located in Yorktown at 1924 Commerce St. was commenced by Yorktown Police, the department said. Health officials are warning that victims of domestic abuse, including children and the elderly, may be at increased risk during self-quarantine related to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Children are not in school, and families are being asked to either self-quarantine or remain at home to keep from catching the virus, said the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
