Woman Charged In Burglary At CVS In Westchester A woman has been charged after police say she burglarized a CVS Pharmacy in Westchester. While conducting routine checks of businesses on Commerce Street, Yorktown Police say they observed a woman standing between a Honda Civic and a storage container with its door open behind the CVS building (2000 Commerce Street) on Saturday, Nov. 2 around 1 a.m. The storage container, which was confirmed to belong to CVS,  was filled with boxes similar to those inside the Civic, police say.
