19: Six More Positive Cases Confirmed In New Rochelle School District
Six new COVID-19 cases have been reported in a Westchester school district among the hardest hit by the pandemic. Interim New Rochelle Schools Superintendent Alex Marrero issued an alert to the community late on Sunday, Jan. 10 advising that there have been six individuals who have tested positive for the virus. More students and staff members at a Westchester school district that has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic have tested positive for the virus. 19: New Rochelle School To Stay Remote All Week, 48 Quarantined
Four dozen students and staffers in a Westchester school will enter a two-week quarantine after potentially being exposed to COVID-19 last week. Interim New Rochelle Schools Superintendent Alex Marrero alerted the community on Saturday, Oct. 31 that a staff member at Albert Leonard Middle School tested positive for the virus after last being in the building on Tuesday, Oct. 27. 19: New Staff Member At New Rochelle Middle School Tests Positive
A Westchester middle school was forced to transition to remove learning after as many as five classes may have been exposed to the virus last week. Interim New Rochelle Schools Superintendent Alex Marrero announced that a staff member at Albert Leonard Middle School has tested positive for COVID-19 and was last in the building on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
