Duo Charged With Driving Stolen Car, Illegally Possessing Gun In New Rochelle: Police Two women are charged with driving a stolen vehicle and illegally possessing a gun in Westchester County, police said.  On Saturday, Dec. 3, around 2 p.m., police in New Rochelle were told that a stolen vehicle had entered the city in the area of Main Street (Route 1) and Interstate 95.
