Two Westchester Gang Members Sentenced For Assault, Weapons Charges Two gang members from Westchester will spend time behind bars after being convicted on assault and weapons charges for repeatedly stabbing a man following a verbal confrontation in Mount Vernon. Joseph Ogilvie and Tremaine Gordon, both 27 and from Mount Vernon, have been sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by five years post-release supervision following their convictions earlier this year. Each has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempted assault; five years in prison for assault and one year in prison for criminal possession of a weapon. The sentences will run concurrently…
