27-Year-Old Westchester Teacher Struck, Killed By Delivery Truck A sixth-grade social studies teacher from Westchester was struck and killed by a home heating oil truck in Manhattan. Sarah Foster, 27, a teacher at Louis M. Klein Middle School in the Harrison school district was hit about 5:50 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15 at East 37th St. and Third Ave. in the Murray Hill section, said the NYPD.
