Update: 17-Year-Old Nabbed In Attempted Armed Robbery Of Screaming Victim In New Rochelle An investigation into an attempted armed robbery in Westchester has resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old boy, police announced.  The teenager, whose name was not released because of his age, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 17 in connection with the incident, which happened in New Rochelle on Wednesday, Oct. 9, New Rochelle Police Captain J.
