Two Parks, Rec Employees Injured By Falling Tree At Park In New Rochelle Two parks and recreation department employees were injured when a tree fell and struck them. The incident occurred at approximately 3:50 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, at Neptune Park in New Rochelle. The injuries were sustained as the pair were conducting a regularly scheduled cleanup at the park, New Rochelle Police Capt. Cosmo Costa said.
