New Rochelle Special Election Seen As Key County Legislative Battle
A special election for a vacated seat on the Westchester County Board of Legislators is set for Tuesday, April 24. Democrat Terry Clements and Republican Jim Freeman are running for the county’s District 11, which comprises parts of New Rochelle and Pelham.
