Duo Robs Victim At Gunpoint In New Rochelle Parking Lot: Suspects At Large Authorities are searching for two men who robbed a victim at gunpoint in a Westchester County parking lot, police said. The robbery happened on Sunday, Sept. 29 just after 2 a.m., when a 28-year-old New Rochelle resident told officers that two men had approached him and demanded he hand over his wallet in the Prospect Street parking lot, according to New Rochelle Police Captain J. Man Shot At New Rochelle Apartment Complex: Suspect On Loose Authorities are searching for the suspect involved in a shooting at a Westchester apartment complex that left a man injured.  The incident happened on Monday, Oct. 2 just after midnight, when police responded to the Peter Bracey Apartments at 361 Main St. (US Route 1) in New Rochelle for a reported shooting, according to New Rochelle Police Captain J.
