Eatery To Celebrate Opening With Ceremony In New Rochelle: Here's When
A new city district in Westchester is about to welcome its first restaurant with a grand opening celebration.
The Halal Guys, a fast-casual franchise, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. for its new locale in New Rochelle at 23 Lecount Pl. that will be hosted by the city's Chamber of Commerce.
