Westchester Resident Nabbed With Gun In Carry-On At Airport, Officials Say A Westchester County man was caught with a loaded handgun in his carry-on baggage at an area airport.  The Peekskill resident was stopped in White Plains at the Westchester County Airport by Transportation Security Administration officers.
