Business, criminal justice and information technology are among courses int he 12-week program offered at the Bronx and New Rochelle campuses.
The classes are taught by Monroe faculty for college credit.
There are many advantages, according to a press release:
- Students are more likely go on to college and achieve higher grade point averages once they get there.
- Jumpstart students are conditionally pre-approved to enroll at Monroe College once they finish high school.
