New Rochelle Mayor Bramson Prepares for State Of The City Address

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson is to deliver the 2016 State of the City address at 7:45 p.m. Thursday, March 3, according to city's Chamber of Commerce.

The speech, which is free and open to the public, is to take place at Beckwith Pointe, 700 Davenport Ave. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The annual speech is sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, which will be hosting a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. and dinner. Tickets to that event cost $55.
