NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – An arrest has been made in New Rochelle following an early morning shooting at the Empire Lodge on Friday.
Police confirmed that a suspect is in custody after officers responded to a private Elks club party at approximately 2 a.m. following a report of gunshots fired.
According to reports, a victim was struck with bullet fragments in his arm and nose. He walked to Montefiore Hospital and was treated for minor injuries.
