NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- New Rochelle Police are asking the public's help in their search for a person dressed as a clown who was wielding a knife, according to News 12.

The suspect, who was wearing a white clown mask and black clothing, allegedly chased two women from Lockwood Avenue to Washington Avenue, the report said.
