According to the report, the victims, a 34-year old male and a 46-year-old female, were shot by a single gunman in the courtyard near Flowers Park.
Both were transported to Sound Shore Medical Center and are in stable condition.
The gunman was seen driving away in a black SUV towards Mount Vernon.
The New Rochelle Police Department told the Journal News they have yet to identify a motive.
